Our Background

The Bexhill Physiotherapy Clinic was founded by Peter Butcher in 1988 from a ground floor flat in Egerton Road.  In 1991 the clinic moved to Amherst Road where it remained for 15 years before expanding into the newly formed ‘Body Junction’.

The Body Junction is owned and managed by Charlotte Farrant and is a purpose designed and converted lower ground floor flat on the corner of Sutherland Avenue and Terminus Avenue.

Moving to the Body Junction site The Bexhill Physiotherapy Clinic has been able to utilise both the treatment rooms available at The Body Junction as well as the Pilates Studio.

Rose Vincent began working as a Secretary at The Bexhill Physiotherapy Clinic in 2005 and has now established herself as the most valuable clinic manager.

Joining the clinic in 2007 Rebecca Lunn added a new dimension with her expertise in Pilates and movement function being well supported by her knowledge of exercise and rehabilitation.

Tracey Butcher joined the team in 2011, following a distinguished career in the Health Service bringing with her, her expertise in chronic pain and migraines.  Together and with the fusion of the Body Junction and Pilates team, this clinic can now offer a wide knowledge base.  Assessment, rehabilitation, treatment and management of a multitude of mechanical and soft tissue injuries.  The clinic is available to young Children through to the elderly; from the inactive through to active and the elite athlete.
